Maintenance Contract Includes: Labour for two maintenance visits per year. All work carried out from 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Maintenance Contract Checklist

Check suction, discharge pressure and head pressure control unit.
Leak test system.
Check and clean all drains.
Check and clean pumps if fitted.
Clean filters internal and external.
Clean evaporator and condensor coils.
Check all interconnecting wiring systems.
Check operation and balance of evaporator and condensor fans.
Check air temperature off evaporator unit.
Check running temperatures.
